Twenty-three Wetherby businesses combined to help Lions raise £700 to donate to Young Lives v Cancer! 

A fantastic community response!

Friday 10th November saw a battle of wits and knowledge (or lack of it!) among eleven teams from Wetherby businesses vying for the prestigious trophy!  An evening of questions, some answers, excellent interval pizzas and fantastic raffle prizes donated by fourteen other businesses!

Teams:  HartLaw; Morrisons; Frances Liddle Opticians; Manning Stainton; Hunters Estate Agents; The Rainflorist; Bradley’s Jewellers; Wetherby Travel; Nicolla Florist; Wetherby Arts Festival and the Old Men’s Parliament.

Our supporters helped with costs and /or raffle prizes: The Bike Shack; Bombay Brasserie; Furnish & Fettle; Snug & Chatter; Costa Coffee; The Black Bull; ASK Italian; BAE; Innersense; Joywyns Pet & Country; Pizza Milano; Hunters and Manning Stainton.
