Kadeena Cox is cycling to success...

Just thought I would give you all an update on where I'm at. On Friday I cycled the national championships and had a bad race but still managed to win the national title and was only 0.5s off the WR so I know that I can hopefully do that soon.

I was also selected to do an international in November for GB off the back of that and they've offered me a funded place on the squad.

I then followed that up a day later by finally going sub 14 in the 100m (Athletics) by running 13.78 which is 0.1 off the world record and gives me the world lead which is a great place to be 4 weeks before the world champs next month
