Wetherby Lions get quizzical!

Friday evening saw Wetherby Lions hosting their annual business quiz with eleven Wetherby businesses entering teams to do battle for the prestigious trophy.
A great night with drinks sponsored by Manning Stainton; the winners’ prize of wine sponsored by Hunters Estate Agents and Morrisons provided a huge hamper with wine and other great items; a wonderful range of raffle prizes from other businesses……and great pizzas at the interval from Pizza Milano!
A very closely fought quiz was won by the team from Kemps on the Corner who are celebrating their first year in Wetherby!
The huge, generous hamper from Morrisons was too large for the raffle and so each team received one ticket and the lucky winners were the Patrick and the team from the Breeze Deli.
