Wetherby Opticians focus on charity event in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance

A very pleasing sight on the high street in Wetherby is the newly refurbished Frances Liddle Eyecare , located on Westgate just opposite the Library.

The popular optician, formerly known as Mackenzie Shaw, was one of the first in Wetherby when it opened in 1977. In 2008 Fran Liddle, mother of twins Alexander and Barnaby, took over, and the practice has gone from strength to strength thanks to its excellent staff, professional attitude and friendly approach. “At this very exciting time in our development, I am particularly pleased to be supporting Wetherby Lions and such a worthy cause as the Yorkshire Air Ambulance,” says Fran.

One of its first visitors was Wetherby Lion, Ken Campbell, who came to thank the practice for becoming a sponsor of the Wetherby Beer Festival in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

To take advantage of this opportunity to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Wetherby District Lions, please contact Ken on 0795 2462065 to purchase one of three 'Sponsorship Packages'.
