Wetherby Lions are pleased to count once again one of the town’s leading firms of accountants as a major sponsor of the forthcoming 9th Wetherby Lions Beer Festival in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Moulds & Co, located on the York Road Estate, was an enthusiastic supporter of last year’s event, and was quick to sign up for the 2019 Festival.
Run by Stephen Moulds and his daughter, Victoria, Moulds & Co provides accounting, tax and business advice to limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and individuals in the Wetherby, Leeds and Harrogate areas.
“We have grown by providing a pro-active and friendly service to our clients and helping them to grow, “says Victoria, a former pupil of Harrogate’s St John Fisher School. “We are delighted to be supporting this important event and the Air Ambulance for the second year running” she adds.
The 9th Wetherby Lions Beer Festival in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance takes place at St James Church Rooms, Church Street, Wetherby, on Friday May 24th (6.00 -10.00 pm) and Saturday May 25th (Noon - 8.00 pm). It features a great selection of Yorkshire craft beers, a special gin bar, a wine and prosecco bar and hot food provided by Pizza Box and Chicken Shack. A full entertainment programme for Friday evening and Saturday features popular music duo 'The Blarney Boys' and the 'Mardi Gras Jazz Band' respectively.
“This year we have a full package to please people of all ages and tastes and provide an atmosphere guaranteed to make Wetherby Beer Festival the place to be over the May Bank Holiday weekend” says event organiser, Ken Campbell.
Now, to make the annual Beer Festival an event to remember, everyone with a bike ride, bus journey or simply a walk is urged to come along and enjoy the finest beers the great county of Yorkshire has to offer - there are also prizes to be won. You can purchase you entry tickets here Cheers!
