Great to see the Lions stepping in again and supporting the festival across such a varied set of events. From classical music to blues, having volunteers manage the bars helps everything run smoothly and keeps the focus on the performances. Community efforts work best when the behind the scenes details are handled with care, whether it’s staffing, setup, or practical needs. It’s a bit like preparing a venue properly, down to sourcing the right anchor bolts set for sale set for sale, where reliability and teamwork make the whole structure stronger.

I recently volunteered at a wellness event in Colorado Springs that reminded me a lot of what the Wetherby Lions are doing at the Arts Festival—community-driven, full of energy, and rooted in care. While helping out, I also experienced cupping therapy in Colorado Springs for the first time. It was incredible how such an ancient technique could relieve so much tension in my back. Much like the Lions supporting local events, cupping therapy supports the body—quietly working behind the scenes to keep everything flowing and balanced.
The Wetherby Arts Festival saw great success with the Lions lending a hand at three vibrant events, from classical music to blues. Their bar service kept spirits high and audiences refreshed throughout the festivities. Community involvement like this defines the Lions' mission. While some were enjoying wine and music, others were quietly wondering, Can someone take my chemistry exam for me? It's clear everyone contributes in different ways.
